Breakfast. In the morning, visit the Great Pyramids, Cheops, Kefren and Mykerinos, as well as the enigmatic Sphinx. In the afternoon, there is the possibility of an optional visit in Memphis and Sakkara. Memphis, center of worship of the god Ptah. Its architectural and cultural development is led by the Colossus of Ramses II. In the West of Memphis is located the Great Necropolis of Sakkara, one of the oldest royal cemeteries. Transfer to the hotel and accommodation.
Breakfast. At the scheduled time, assistance from our staff to move to Cairo airport, where flights are bound for Luxor. Arrival at Luxor airport, transfer to the Nile cruise according to the chosen category. Distribution of cabins. Visit to Karnak and Luxor temples, which constitute the most important monumental set of Egypt, built over two thousand years ago. Lunch and dinner. Overnight on board.

Visit the Necropolis of Thebes, including the famous Valley of the Kings, the visit of the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir Al Bahari, unique for its large terraces, the temple of Ramses III, Medinet Habu and the Colossi of Memnon, which guarded the entrance of the funerary temple of King Amenophis III. Sail to Edfu crossing the Esna lock. Overnight on board.

Visit to the Temple of Edfu, the falcon-headed god. The best-preserved temple of Egypt, besides being the second largest in the country. Navigation towards Kom Ombo. Visit to the Temple of Kom Ombo; dedicated to Haroeris the god with hawk head and Sobek, with crocodile head. The temple has a double entrance door and altar. In Kom Ombo, we can also contemplate the Nile meter used by the Ancient Egyptians to measure the level of the river water. Back to the Nile cruise and continue towards Aswan. Overnight on board.

Visit the High Dam, an enormous piece of engineering that holds the water of the Nile River, creating Lake Nasser. Visit to the Red Granite Quarry, where the famous Unfinished Obelisk, forty-one meters high, has been found. You will be able to see the ingenious procedure used by the ancient Egyptians to extract granite blocks from the hill. In the afternoon, stroll along the river in a typical fishing boat, called “felucca.” Back to the Nile cruise. Overnight on board.

Departure towards Abu Simbel by road, situated two hundred and eighty kilometers from Aswan. The temples of Abu Simbel were carved into the cliff of the western desert by Ramses II in the twelfth century BC, with statues of 20 meters high, dedicated to the god Amon Ra, and Nefertari, a temple dedicated to the goddess Hathor. After the tour, accommodation at the hotel. In the evening, transfer to the temple of Abu Simbel to watch the show of light and sound. Dinner and accommodation in the hotel.
